The following terms and conditions constitute the agreement between you and Maidenhead Airport Minicabs. By booking a taxi and utilizing our service, you unconditionally accept the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

Definitions

In this agreement, "Maidenhead Airport Minicabs," "we," or "us" refers to the service provider. The terms "you" and "your" encompass any individual, business, or company making a booking with us.

Booking

2.1 Please allocate sufficient time for your journey, especially for airport transfers requiring timely check-in. Maidenhead Airport Minicabs is not responsible for delays due to inadequate time allocation or if you are not ready for collection at the designated time.

2.2 Ensure you order a car of appropriate size for passengers and luggage. Maidenhead Airport Minicabs does not guarantee the carriage of excessive luggage. Children, regardless of age, are considered individual passengers.

2.3 Requests for wheelchair access should be made during booking.

Prices & Payment

3.1 Our quotation, based on the information provided by you, excludes VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust the quote for substantial itinerary changes.

3.2 The quote includes a 45-minute waiting period after the landing time and airport parking costs. Exceeding this waiting time incurs additional charges at the standard waiting rate.

3.3 Upon accepting our quote, review the booking confirmation for accuracy. Failure to notify Maidenhead Airport Minicabs of errors absolves us of responsibility for resulting delays or costs.

3.4 Payment for our services can be made in cash, credit card, or debit card.

The Service

4.1 You are responsible for the conduct of all passengers during the journey. Charges may apply for soiled, damaged, or negatively impacted vehicles.

4.2 Eating, drinking, or smoking is prohibited in the car.

4.3 Children must be appropriately restrained based on height, weight, and age.

4.4 Passenger capacity adheres to licensing and insurance regulations.

Cancellations

5.1 Notify us promptly if you need to cancel. Cancellation after dispatch incurs charges based on the driver's time and distance to the cancellation point.

5.2 Online booking cancellations before dispatch may result in a charge on the original payment.

Liability

6.1 Maidenhead Airport Minicabs is not liable for losses due to delays beyond our control. We are not responsible for losses incurred by you or your business under any circumstances.

6.2 Luggage is carried at your own risk.

6.3 In the event of a breakdown, we strive to provide an alternative car promptly.

6.4 You will not hold Maidenhead Airport Minicabs responsible for expenses, damages, costs, or losses resulting from any omission or act by anyone in your party.

6.5 No party can exclude or limit liability for personal injury, death, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or wilful default, or matters deemed unenforceable by applicable laws.

Termination

7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or refuse a booking immediately if any vehicle or driver is endangered by abuse, violence, or damage from you or other passengers. No refunds are provided for terminated journeys.

Miscellaneous

8.1 Maidenhead Airport Minicabs may subcontract obligations. You may not assign, delegate, or transfer your obligations or rights under this agreement.

8.2 Terms and conditions may be altered by Maidenhead Airport Minicabs. Review this page regularly for updates. Existing bookings will adhere to rates in effect at the time of booking.

8.3 Information is processed according to the Data Protection Act of 1988.

8.4 This agreement constitutes the full agreement between Maidenhead Airport Minicabs and yourself.

8.5 No third party has rights under this agreement unless agreed upon in writing.

Disputes

Any dispute or claim must be made within 30 days of the booking pickup date. Claims made after this timeframe are not obligated to be entertained by Maidenhead Airport Minicabs.
